Es una casa de 9 habitaciones donde se pide tranquilidad, limpieza, orden y respeto. Se da prioridad a los cursos universitarios por lo que los contratos son de Septiembre a Junio incluido y de Julio a Agosto incluido. Para otras fechas de entrada se realizan contratos con finalización en Agosto. Las habitaciones son de uso exclusivo para el estudiante y en habitaciones individuales no se admite pernoctación de acompañante. En habitaciones individuales con cama doble se admite pernoctación puntual de acompañante con un coste por noche.
